Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce safety rules and procedures on construction sites
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Conduct safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks
• Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Report, record, and investigate accidents and near misses
• Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation
• Coordinate with site management to improve overall safety performance

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Safety / HSE or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Safety Officer in High Rise Building in UAE
• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards
• Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills
• NEBOSH Certified
