Job Title: Safety Officer (KOC Approved)
Location: Kuwait

We are seeking a KOC-approved Safety Officer to ensure strict compliance with safety standards and regulations across our operations. The candidate will oversee safety practices, conduct audits, and promote a culture of safety in line with KOC requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with KOC, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety inductions, training, and awareness programs for all staff.
• Maintain safety records and submit timely reports to management and KOC authorities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• KOC-approved Safety Officer certification mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction or industrial safety.
• Strong knowledge of KOC, OSHA, ISO, and local safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Certification such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent preferred.
