Safety Officer/Civil Engineering

Position: Safety Officer / Civil Engineer
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer with a Civil Engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations, site supervision, and construction safety practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Certified Safety Officer qualification required
• Valid UAE Driving License
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in construction/site safety
• Good knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to conduct site inspections and enforce safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain health & safety standards on site
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
• Ensure compliance with company and government safety regulations
• Prepare safety reports and incident documentation
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to maintain safe working conditions
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction and infrastructure projects
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities
• Fluent in English Language

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
