Job Title: Safety Sales Executive (Trading Company)Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Safety Sales Executive to join our trading company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling safety products and solutions to industrial, commercial, and corporate clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of safety equipment, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.

The Safety Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring clients receive high-quality safety solutions tailored to their needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in industrial, construction, oil & gas, and commercial sectors.
  • Promote and sell company safety products (PPE, safety equipment, tools, etc.) to existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings to understand customer safety requirements.
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in accordance with company pricing guidelines.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer support and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Research & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on new safety products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide product recommendations based on client needs and industry standards.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to improve product offerings and services.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions in CRM or reporting tools.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Experience in safety product sales, industrial sales, or trading company sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred).
  • Knowledge of PPE and workplace safety standards is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
