Role Summary
The Safety & Security Inspector will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and enforcing safety and security standards across the project site. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, project-specific safety plans, and international best practices. The inspector will work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain a safe working environment, prevent incidents, and ensure the protection of personnel, assets, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular safety and security inspections across the project site.
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and security risks, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Review contractor safety documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and emergency plans.
- Support incident investigations, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive measures.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure proper implementation of safety and security measures.
- Assist in conducting safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports related to safety and security activities.
- Support emergency response planning and drills.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant technical qualification in safety, security, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure or building projects.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, security protocols, and construction site practices.
- Experience working on large‑scale or complex developments is preferred.
- Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
