Role Overview

Roswalt Buildcon Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and responsible Safety Steward for its Chembur construction site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance, monitoring site activities, and promoting a safe working environment.

Freshers with safety certification or candidates with 1 year of site safety experience can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Conduct regular safety inspections at the construction site.
• Ensure workers are wearing proper PPE (Helmet, Safety Shoes, Jacket, Gloves, etc.).
• Report unsafe conditions or practices to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
• Maintain safety registers and documentation.
• Assist in conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Coordinate during emergency situations and follow safety protocols.
• Ensure proper barricading and safety signage at site.

Requirements

• Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma (Preferred: Safety Certification)
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle site workers firmly yet professionally.
• Physically fit and ready to work at site.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PPE standards.
• Basic understanding of safety compliance in construction projects.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
