Safety & Training Manager

Overview

We are an industrial fabrication company seeking a Safety & Training Manager to lead safety initiatives and employee training across our three facilities in Tulsa, Dallas, and Houston.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for maintaining a safe workplace while ensuring our team is well-trained, well-prepared, and always improving. You’ll oversee all aspects of safety management and training delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs, policies, and procedures across all three locations
• Conduct regular safety audits, site walkthroughs, and compliance checks
• Investigate incidents, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Serve as the administrator for our internal LMS, managing user access, course assignments, and tracking completions
• Develop and deliver periodic training sessions (safety, equipment, compliance, onboarding, etc.)
• Coordinate annual, quarterly, and role-specific training schedules and content updates
• Maintain accurate training and safety documentation and reports
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent application of safety practices and training standards company-wide

Who You Are:

• Experience in a safety management or training role in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and general workplace safety best practices
• Experienced with learning management systems is a plus
• Confident communicator who can lead training sessions and influence safety culture
• Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across multiple sites
• Able to travel periodically to Dallas and Houston
