Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Support / Back-up Cashier to join our North Little Rock team. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls; respond promptly to inquiries from customers, vendors, and employees
  • Review, code, and submit invoices from vendors and utility companies accurately and on time
  • Process freight bills and reconcile monthly statements
  • Prepare and issue checks for material purchases from customers on a monthly basis
  • Serve as back-up for cashier and scale administration functions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation across multiple systems
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Preferred: Specialized training equivalent to two years of college or an Associate’s degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years working as a cashier in a retail environment
  • 1–3 years of experience as an office or clerical assistant, including customer service and collaboration with management
  • Basic math abilities required
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving skills when handling customers and vendors in person or over the phone
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external contacts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
