Access Control Analyst SailPoint Implementation and Operations
Role Summary
The SailPoint Access Control Analyst will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ within the banks functions. The role focuses on ensuring effective access governance, user lifecycle management, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the configuration, testing, and rollout of SailPoint IdentityIQ for access request and review processes
Perform access management operations in SailPoint including processing user requests, provisioning, and deprovisioning
Support quarterly and periodic access reviews by preparing data, coordinating with stakeholders, and validating completion
Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to troubleshoot access issues
Document standard operating procedures for SailPoint operations and integration with bank systems
Assist in user training and onboarding for SailPoint access request and review modules
Work with the project team to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit guidelines
Monitor and report on progress during the implementation phase
Qualifications and Experience
Required
Bachelors degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management operations with at least 1 to 2 years in SailPoint IdentityIQ
Strong knowledge of user lifecycle management, provisioning, and deprovisioning
Experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration and operations
Proficiency in Role Based Access Control and Segregation of Duties principles
Experience in integration of SailPoint with enterprise applications and Active Directory
Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IAM tools such as Oracle Identity Manager, CyberArk, Saviynt
Knowledge of access request workflows and access review or certification processes
