Role: IAM Business Analyst (SailPoint / CyberArk) Location: Wilmington, MA hybrid F2F Interview is required The Business Analyst works as a liaison with business stakeholders to assist in establishing processes and policies by collecting, clarifying, and translating business requirements into documentation. The Business Analyst will author business requirements documents and testing strategies/scripts along with execute them. They will also support the execution of user acceptance testing, general project life cycle, change management, deployment and post deployment activities. This specific BA should have extensive infrastructure background, specifically around identity and access management solution deployments (ideally SailPoint & CyberArk). This BA will be driving both deployments from a requirements, testing and support perspective. Works with business owners to understand process and policy Processes, interprets and documents business processes, products, services and software through analysis of data. Clearly extracts, articulates and documents business requirements. Act as a SME for project efforts related to project work they are driving. This could include helping in the design/development of projects. Author and execute testing strategy/scripts and document results. Assist and support business stakeholders with user acceptance testing. Assist with any change management activity, including training, documentation and communications that may be required. Hypercare Support. Adhere to and ensure project life cycle is being followed. Provide approvals for various artifacts throughout the project life cycle. Assist with driving initiatives owned by SRO. Draft and submit changes for help topic documentation. Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues. Manages ongoing relationship with all business partners to drive satisfaction with SRO Team Requirements: 5+ years of related work experience in business analysis Experience working with different stakeholders and being able to build relationships Having the ability to extract requirements and create test scripts Experience in infrastructure project delivery is required Must have identity and access management deployment experience, ideally in SailPoint and CyberArk. Would be nice to have content services platform deployment experience, ideally with Onbase deployment.
