*Core Development*

* Develop and customize *SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions* including workflows, rules, beanshell scripts, bundles, and integration modules.

* Build *custom connectors* and integration adapters for on-premise and cloud applications.

* Implement *Access Request & Approval workflows* tailored to business needs.

* Customize *Identity cubes, attributes, and correlation logic*.

### *Design & Implementation*

* Translate business requirements into scalable *technical design solutions* within IIQ.

* Develop entitlement models and RBAC/ABAC frameworks aligned to corporate policies.

* Configure *certification campaigns*, remediation tasks, and role mining initiatives.

### *Integration*

* Integrate SailPoint IIQ with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), LDAP, Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, cloud apps (Salesforce, Office365) via connectors or APIs.

* Work with REST/SOAP APIs to connect enterprise systems.

Skills & Experience Required*

Technical Skills*

* *SailPoint IdentityIQ* – strong hands-on experience (7+ years preferred).

* Proficient with *Beanshell scripting*, XML configuration, and IIQ API usage.

* Experience configuring workflows, policies, events, task definitions.

* Good knowledge of *identity data modeling* and entitlement management.

* Integrations using *LDAP/AD, JDBC, REST/SOAP*.

* Database experience (Oracle / SQL Server / MySQL).

What This Role *Does Not Focus On**

This position is not a support or break/fix role. The developer will *not* be:

* Handling day-to-day ticket resolution or triage.

* Performing routine support operations (e.g., password resets, user unlocks).

* Responsible for production monitoring or on-call support duty.

This role is *purely development, design, and implementation* of SailPoint solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,071.96 - ₹50,368.59 per month
