SailPoint ISC Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint ISC Architect to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The ideal candidate will serve as the technical leader for IAM initiatives, driving scalable identity architecture, governance standards, and secure access management across cloud and on-prem environments.

This role requires deep expertise in SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow, enterprise IAM strategy, application integrations, lifecycle management, RBAC, and Zero Trust security principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SailPoint ISC solutions across enterprise environments

• Define IAM architecture standards, governance models, and best practices

• Design scalable identity lifecycle processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows

• Architect integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow, LDAP, SAP, cloud platforms, and REST APIs

• Lead application onboarding, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification initiatives

• Design and implement RBAC, ABAC, and least-privilege access models

• Serve as the IAM technical lead for modernization and cloud transformation initiatives

• Provide architecture guidance for compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements

• Troubleshoot complex SailPoint provisioning and integration issues

• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to align IAM strategy with enterprise security goals

• Mentor engineers, developers, and analysts on SailPoint best practices and technical standards

• Participate in roadmap planning, technical governance, and solution reviews

• Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, and technical design workshops

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience

• 7+ years of hands-on SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow architecture experience

• Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)

• Experience designing enterprise IAM solutions in hybrid and cloud environments

• Expertise with:

• Experience with access certifications, provisioning workflows, lifecycle management, and governance controls

• Strong understanding of Zero Trust and cybersecurity best practices

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SailPoint ISC Certification

• Experience with Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or Python

• Experience integrating ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, or Okta

• Knowledge of PAM platforms such as CyberArk

• Experience supporting enterprise or Fortune 1000 environments

• Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government

• CISSP, Security+, or related IAM/security certifications preferred

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
