Job Title: Salad Maker

Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing fresh salads and cold dishes according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining hygiene and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare salads, bowls, and cold items as per standard recipes
• Wash, cut, and portion vegetables, fruits, and ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and labeling standards
• Ensure freshness, presentation, and portion control
• Support kitchen operations during service

Requirements:

• Well knowledge of salad preparation and knife skills
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• minimum : 2 years (Preferred)
