Salaried Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position

As part of our growing agencies, Lotus is currently hiring for a BCBA to provide services for children and youth on the Autism Spectrum in the home setting as well as working with adults through DDS within group homes and day programs.

BCBA responsibilities may include conducting FBAs and developmental assessments, writing Behavioral Support Plans, treatment planning, overseeing direct care staff, parent/staff training, attending collaborative meetings, and monitoring data on a weekly basis or as needed. Direct hours can be done via telehealth and in person. Indirect hours can be completed from home and you make your own schedule for the in person direct hours. Lotus is a growing Behavioral Company with opportunities for advancement and the option for full-time employment.
