Salaried GP

We are delighted to invite applications for a Salaried GP (6 sessions) to join our friendly, forward-thinking and supportive team at Silverdale Practice. Based in Burgess Hill, we are a two-site practice with excellent transport links and free on-site parking. The Role

• 6 sessions per week (days flexible) – Permanent contract
• Mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations
• Structured support for new or experienced GPs
• A culture that genuinely prioritises GP wellbeing and sustainability
• Opportunities for development, including PCN roles and future progression
• Participation in practice and team meetings
• Minimal home visits (shared fairly when required)
• Minimal admin
• 15 minute appointments, capped at 24 appointments per day
• No Duty GP sessions
