  • Provide administrative support to the sales & Operation teams in tender-related activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
  • Assist Manager Operation in shortlisting vendors based on criteria such as quality, price, and reliability.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Support the sales & Operation team in scheduling meetings, appointments, and project executions activities.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
  • Graduate / 16 Year equivalent education.Proficient in Internet use.
  • Strong Interpersonal & Communications Skill.
  • 0 - 06 Months Comparable Experience.
  • Fresh Graduate are encourage to Apply.
  • Having Good Command on Ms word/Excel/Power
