Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Immigration Consultant to assist clients with immigration, work permit, residency, and visa solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting consultations, assessing client eligibility, presenting immigration options, and converting prospects into clients while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-in clients.
- Conduct initial assessments of client profiles and immigration eligibility.
- Explain immigration, work permit, PR, business migration, and visa programs offered by the company.
- Provide accurate information regarding immigration procedures, documentation, and requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, service agreements, and client contracts.
- Maintain detailed client records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with processing and documentation teams to ensure smooth case handling.
- Attend promotional events, seminars, and marketing campaigns to generate new business
- opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in immigration sales, visa consultancy, Telesales, or consultative sales.
- Strong knowledge of immigration programs for Canada, Australia, Europe, the UK, and work permit pathways is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English; Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, or Bengali is an advantage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month
