Sale Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the company. The candidate will become the point of reference and acts as the central hub supporting the sales team, managing administrative tasks, client communication, and operational workflows to boost productivity and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Sales Support: Assist office & sales by managing schedules, preparing presentations, and updating CRM databases.

· Order Processing: Handle customer orders via phone, emails, ensuring accurate pricing , payment terms ,Process, track, and monitor sales orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

· Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, order follow up, complaints, and after-sales service. Telemarketing, continuous interaction with customers, seek market information.

· Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports to monitor performance.

· Operational Coordination: Work with finance, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.

· Administrative Duties: Handle sales & support documentation, communicating relevant information and handle miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.Proficiency in English.

· Organization & Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail. Commercial business terms knowledge

· Technical Proficiency: Experience with Good computer skills (MS Office), Emails, Whatsapp, mailchimp etc

· Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is often preferred. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

Typical Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s/ Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is standard.
  • Experience: Usually requires 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
