Sale Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Garments (including casual wear, formal wear, bridal, and accessories), assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand and explain the features, fabric types, embroidery styles, and fitting.
• Assist customers in selecting outfits based on preferences, and cultural requirements.
• Upsell and cross-sell related products like accessories, perfumes, or shoes.
• Take accurate measurements if required and coordinate with tailoring.
• Manage inventory on the shop floor; ensure stock is neatly displayed and replenished regularly.
• Handle billing, returns, and exchanges through the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store at all times.
• Collect customer feedback and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in fashion and educate customers when needed.
• Report daily sales performance and customer inquiries to the store manager.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales; experience in garments or ethnic fashion preferred.
• Good knowledge of clothing styles, fabrics, and cultural trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Multilingual ability (e.g., Urdu, Hindi, English) is an asset.
• Pleasant personality and presentable grooming.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
