Role: Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive – IT Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, and promoting IT products and services. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT solutions/services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Follow up on leads and close sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for client requirements
- Stay updated on IT products, market trends, and competitors
Requirements & Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or B2B sales (preferred)
- Freshers with good communication and learning ability can apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT services, software, or digital solutions (training will be provided)
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
