Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Person

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in cold calling, and the ability to track sales activities effectively. Knowledge of IT and sales processes is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to potential customers to generate leads
• Promote and sell company products/services
• Maintain and update customer records and sales data
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales performance
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare basic sales reports and updates

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (Inter)
• Proven knowledge of cold calling and sales techniques
• Basic IT knowledge (computer systems, emails, CRM or tracking tools)
• Ability to track leads and sales activities accurately
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using CRM or sales tracking software
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Prior sales or call center experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
