Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to grow our customer base and expand our business. The role focuses on actively acquiring new clients, developing strong relationships, and increasing sales across the UAE construction market. The ideal candidate is confident, self-motivated, and skilled at turning opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
- Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new customers in the construction and building materials sector.
- Visit contractors, developers, project sites, and distributors to present and promote company products, including cement, gypsum, and other construction materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customers’ needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and growth objectives.
- Prepare and submit regular sales activity, visit, and performance reports.
- Represent the company professionally at all customer interactions, trade events, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with management on strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Perform any additional duties assigned to support business growth initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of proven outdoor/field sales experience in building materials, cement, gypsum, or construction supply in the UAE.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the UAE construction market and customer landscape.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple prospects and projects simultaneously.
