• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas that enhance brand presence.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design deliverables.
• Manage multiple design projects, timelines, and priorities efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align visuals with business goals.
• Review, guide, and provide feedback to junior designers to maintain high-quality output.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Prepare and present design proposals and mood boards to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies when required.
