Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Salesperson with a strong background in the plastic manufacturing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling plastic products (such as PET jars & bottles, HDPE caps & closures.) and an excellent understanding of customer requirements and market trends. This role is key in driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
· Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical product demonstrations, and proposals.
· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to achieve profitable sales.
· Work closely with production and quality teams to meet customer specifications and delivery timelines.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas of growth.
· Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order pipelines in the CRM system.
· Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
· 3–5+ years of proven sales experience in the plastic manufacturing industry (B2B).
· Strong knowledge of plastic products, processes (injection molding, extrusion, blow molding), and applications.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
