Job Opportunity: Salesperson - Plastic Manufacturing Industry

Location: Dubai, UAE

Our company is seeking a results-driven Salesperson with solid experience in the plastic manufacturing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience selling plastic products such as PET jars & bottles, HDPE caps & closures and a strong understanding of customer requirements and market trends. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to achieve profitable sales.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet customer specifications and delivery timelines.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order pipelines in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of plastic products, processes (injection molding, extrusion, blow molding), and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
