Oracle Health & Life Sciences Strategic Field CTO

The Customer Success Executive drives strategic value, long term partnership health, and measurable business outcomes across our most complex and high impact customers. This role leads executive level engagement, orchestrates cross functional alignment, and ensures customers realize the full value of their Oracle Health investments. The Senior CSE serves as a trusted advisor, escalation leader, and growth catalyst-championing customer goals, mitigating risk, and delivering a consistent, world class experience that strengthens retention, expansion, and overall customer success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead executive level engagement and drive strategic value for high impact customers.
  • Orchestrate cross functional alignment to ensure customers realize full value of Oracle Health solutions.
  • Serve as trusted advisor, escalation leader, and growth catalyst for customer goals.
  • Champion retention, expansion, and overall customer success.
Qualifications
  • Early stage career with 1-3 years of success in closing sales or business development selling software.
