Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Dubai. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building and sustaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, providing product or service demonstrations, and preparing and following up on proposals and contracts. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining updated knowledge of company services, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Must Experience in Facilities management / cleaning company

Marketing Management:

  • Build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Follow up with potential clients over calls and emails.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline andachieving the target
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and attend meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the engagement of current clients while attracting new ones.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Plan for company's financial success
  • Contribute to the reputation of the organization by entering and achieving professional awards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Should have active UAE Driving license and having a own vehicle is added advantage.
  • Must Have Minimum 2 years of UAE Experience in Facilities management / Cleaning company
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
