Sales / Academic Advisor

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Advisor.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing student admissions, education sales, academic administration, and the day-to-day operations of the institute. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth student journey while maintaining compliance with DHA, KHDA, and awarding body requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage student admissions and enrollment process
• Drive education sales and achieve intake targets
• Coordinate with educators on schedules, assessments, and operations
• Oversee student records, attendance, and academic administration
• Prepare reports and track operational performance
• Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent student experience

Requirements:

• Experience in education operations, admissions, or academic administration
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Experience in beauty education or regulated training environment is an advantage
