Sales & Academic Counsellor – EdTech (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Academic Counsellor to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into enrolments, providing academic support, and contributing to the growth of our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Engage with potential clients (teachers, professors, institute owners) to understand their needs and guide them towards suitable courses.
  • Enrollment Management: Handle inquiries and facilitate the enrollment process efficiently.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • CRM Management: Update and manage all sales activities and client information in the CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the academic and marketing teams to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Client Support: Address and resolve client queries through WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2C sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred:

  • Experience in institutional sales.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
