Sales Account Executive

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Sales Account Manager with strong experience in project pricing, client communication, and tender management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in securing new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth coordination between clients, management, and the design team.

This role requires someone with solid commercial understanding, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, cost estimations, and pricing breakdowns for projects in line with company standards.
  • Manage and participate in tenders, including preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and secure projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are properly addressed.
  • Prepare design briefs for the creative and technical teams based on client meetings and discussions.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and proactively seek new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations, proposals, and tenders to ensure timely closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
  • Support project handover to the operations or production team once confirmed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in a sales, account management, or business development role (preferably in events, exhibitions, or creative industries).
  • Strong experience in quotations, pricing, and tender preparation.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general email communication tools.
  • Ability to draft and structure technical and financial proposals clearly and professionally.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

  • Experience in the events, exhibitions, or fit-out industry is a major advantage.
  • Understanding of design or production processes related to exhibitions and activations.
  • Basic knowledge of design terminology to effectively brief the creative team.
