Sales Account Executive

Al Asr Technologies is hiring a Sales Account Executive to drive growth across infrastructure, mobility, security, and digital solutions.

This role focuses on identifying opportunities, approaching potential clients, and building a consistent sales pipeline across different customer segments. The position requires a proactive mindset, basic technical understanding, and the ability to engage clients confidently.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential customers across various segments
  • Generate leads through outreach, networking, and market research
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities
  • Initiate and follow up on client conversations to move deals forward

Sales Execution

  • Understand client requirements and position relevant solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations
  • Track and manage sales activities using CRM or internal tools

Client Engagement

  • Build relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts
  • Represent the company in meetings and discussions
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure deal progression

Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Basic understanding of ICT, ELV, or system integration environments
  • Comfortable learning technical concepts and explaining solutions at a high level
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities
  • Familiarity with MS Office and online tools
  • Valid Saudi driving license
