We're now building out our commercial team in Brazil and we're looking for an Account Executive who's energized by complex sales, knows how to navigate enterprise buying cycles, and genuinely wants to be part of something that's reshaping an entire industry.

Recruitment in Brazil is still largely driven by fragmented tools and manual processes. That gap is exactly where Qureos operates. We distribute jobs across 2,000+ global channels, screen candidates in under 15 seconds, and automate workflows that used to eat up entire teams' weeks.
As an AE on the Brazil market team, you'll be one of the first commercial hires driving our expansion in the region. You'll work directly with founders, operators, and investors, and you'll have the kind of visibility and ownership that simply doesn't exist at larger companies. What We're Looking For

We're not after someone who just ticks boxes. We want someone who's genuinely good at enterprise sales, understands how Brazilian businesses make buying decisions, and can hold their own in a consultative conversation with a CHRO or VP of Talent Acquisition.
In terms of background, here's what will set you up for success in this role:
2 to 6 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales with a full closing cycle, you've owned deals from first touch to signed contract. Deep familiarity with the Brazilian market: how enterprise procurement works, what drives buying decisions locally, and how to build trust with senior stakeholders. A consistent track record against quota, we're looking for someone who hits targets, not someone who gets close. Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts, ideally in HR Tech, AI, SaaS, or recruitment technology. Fluent in Portuguese, with strong business English as well. Comfortable working with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce and genuinely disciplined about pipeline hygiene. Familiarity with outbound motions, account expansion strategies, and consultative selling frameworks. A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or something related is a plus, but your track record matters more.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

This isn't a role where you're handed warm leads and asked to close them. You'll own the full cycle, from identifying the right accounts and running outbound, all the way through discovery, demo, commercial negotiation, and contract.
You'll build and manage a pipeline across mid-market and enterprise accounts in Brazil, with a focus on HR leaders and talent acquisition teams. Run discovery calls and product demos that are genuinely consultative, you'll be helping companies rethink how they hire, not just pitching features. Lead commercial negotiations and manage stakeholder relationships through complex, multi-threaded deals. Work closely with marketing, SDRs, and customer success to keep pipeline healthy and conversion rates high. Feed insights from the market back to the product and GTM teams , your proximity to customers is an asset for the whole company. Keep your CRM clean and your forecasting accurate; we make decisions based on real data. Identify partnership opportunities and new growth vectors in the Brazilian market.
