Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic Account Executive to drive Qureos's commercial expansion across Latin America. This role requires deep familiarity with the Colombian and broader LatAM enterprise landscape, a consistent track record against quota, and the entrepreneurial drive to build a market from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Sales Execution

  • Own the full sales cycle: identify target accounts, run outbound, and lead discovery, demo, commercial negotiation, and contracting.
  • Build and manage a pipeline across mid-market and enterprise accounts in Colombia and across LatAM, with a focus on HR leaders and talent acquisition teams.
  • Run discovery calls and product demos that are genuinely consultative, helping companies rethink how they hire rather than simply pitching features.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Insight

  • Work closely with marketing, SDRs, and customer success to keep pipeline healthy and conversion rates high.
  • Keep CRM data clean and forecasting accurate, since decisions are made on real data.


Market Development

  • Identify partnership opportunities and new growth vectors across the LatAM region.
  • Help adapt and refine Qureos's go-to-market approach as the company expands beyond Colombia into the wider LatAM market.


Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with a full closing cycle, owning deals from first touch to signed contract.
  • Deep familiarity with the Colombian market and broader LatAM enterprise landscape: how procurement works, what drives buying decisions, and how to build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • A consistent track record against quota.
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts, ideally in HR Tech, AI, SaaS, or recruitment technology.
  • Native Spanish speaker with strong business English; Portuguese is a strong plus for broader LatAM coverage.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, with strong pipeline hygiene discipline.
