Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Sales Account Executive to sell recruitment and staffing services, including Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, and RPO solutions. If you have a strong background in recruitment sales and enjoy building long-term client relationships, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients needing staffing & hiring services
• Understand hiring needs and recommend suitable recruitment strategies
• Negotiate pricing, proposals, and service-level agreements
• Manage ongoing client relationships
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure successful placements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• 3+ years’ experience in staffing sales or recruitment agency BD
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of ATS, CRM, and recruitment tools
