Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Riyadh. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the timely delivery of services. Key tasks include developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, identifying client needs, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded, and acting as a liaison between clients and the company's internal teams. The Account Manager will also be responsible for preparing reports and presentations, managing renewals and proposals, and most important is to be actively seeking opportunities to grow client accounts.


Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management: Experience in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Business Development and Sales: Skills in identifying opportunities, managing renewals and proposals, and negotiating contracts
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and ability to work well with teams
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge in advanced business technology solutions such as banking solutions, digital transformation, IT infrastructure, and related product offerings
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze client data, generate insights, and provide tailored solutions
  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, especially within the technology solutions or business services sectors, is advantageous
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
