Sales Account Manager

Manama, Bahrain

Job description: Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce enablement platform that helps food & beverage businesses accept and fulfil online orders, process payments and manage deliveries. They are now looking for a Sales Account Manager – F&B in Bahrain .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a healthy pipeline of prospective F&B customers.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities targeting restaurants, cafés and bakeries.
  • Negotiate and close sales with qualified customers to meet targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations with proficiency and professionalism.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, online chat and visits.
  • Administer account onboarding, contracts, billing and partnership agreements.
  • Track and prioritise sales activities and update prospect database.
  • Research market trends, competitor offerings and communicate customer needs internally.
  • Support content marketing, social media and public relations efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Written and spoken proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong multi-tasking, prioritisation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow and impact a fast-growing company.
  • Ability to listen, earn trust, persuade and confidently close sales
