Main Responsibilities

Ownership of achieving timely the value of assigned quota across different services.

Develop new needs for the existing customers by exploring their problems to find the appropriate solution that expand the business opportunities.

Open new business opportunities and obtained new client through different sectors coverage to increase the market share & increase the company’s profits

Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts

Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships

Following up on leads by winning new clients targeting a growing pipeline

Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio

Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions according to customer expected standards

Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes

Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry
Education
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field
Professional Experience
5-7 years in business development, sales or account management in SW industry
Technical Skills
-
Experience managing large account portfolios
-
Solid experience in software applications/services is a must
-
Experienced in ICT solutions in Egyptian government
-
Strong customer service and project management skills
