Role Description


Recruitment will be made for 2 different positions;


  • Enterprise Sector Sales Account Manager
  • Finance Sector Sales Account Manager


This is a full-time hybrid role of Sales Account Manager located in Istanbul, Türkiye. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day account management tasks, including customer satisfaction, lead generation, and providing exceptional customer service. Effective communication skills are essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT industry
  • Strong customer satisfaction, account management, and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in lead generation and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
