About the Role :-
The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers. This role requires good experience in sales/business development in UAE with sound knowledge of A/V, Digital signage, KVM, Video wall, Control rooms solutions and Meeting rooms systems etc.
Job Description :-
• Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts and acquisition new clients and setting up new channel partners
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Overseeing customer account management, including understanding of customer requirements and identifying potential opportunities, also proposing suitable solutions using our product line
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
• Achieve sales and revenue targets
• Coordinating with marketing team
• Support partner organizations in selling our solutions to their end users and maintain high partner satisfaction
• Coordinating with project consultants and end users for products specification, listing and approvals
Skills & Requirements:
• Good knowledge of Channel sales within A/V, KVM industry in UAE & GCC.
• knowledge of A/V, digital signage, KVM, video wall solutions and meeting room systems
• Proven track record of good performance as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• BA/BS /MS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, electronic/ IT eng. or relevant field
• Valid UAE Driving license with a car
