Company Description
We are seeking a
Sales Account Manager specialized in IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
to drive growth across our key sectors:
hospitality, healthcare, education, holding companies, retail, and government
.
The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding existing accounts, and promoting AIC²’s portfolio:
networking, cybersecurity, managed services, cloud, and professional services
.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned sectors.

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closingàCollection.

Work directly with presales/technical teams to prepare BoQs, solution designs, and compliance sheets.

Present AIC²’s solutions including Aruba, HPE, Cisco, Fortinet, ELV systems, and managed services.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction.

Monitor tenders (Etimad, Forsah… etc.) and ensure timely submissions.

Keep CRM (Zoho) updated: pipeline, activities, forecasts, and reporting.

Coordinate with procurement, operations, and finance for project delivery and billing.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

3–7 years of experience in
IT sales
(system integration, networking, security, cloud, ELV).

Strong understanding of
Aruba, Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, Microsoft cloud
, etc.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-
Proven track record in achieving sales revenue targets.
-
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
