Role Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of assigned customers. The role focuses on customer coverage, pipeline generation, opportunity management, and deal execution while collaborating closely with Product Owners and internal teams to ensure vendor alignment and business growth.

The Sales Executive serves as the primary customer contact, ensuring consistent business flow, customer satisfaction, and the identification of new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or account base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware, software, and technology solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical, presales, and procurement teams to deliver customer requirements effectively.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Experience selling IT hardware, software, cloud services, or technology solutions is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and account management practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of IT products and solutions, including hardware, software, networking, and licensing.
  • Ability to prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Understanding of business technology requirements and solution selling.

Preferred Industry Experience: IT Solutions, Hardware & Software Sales, System Integration, or Technology Distribution.

Pay: E£1.00 per month
