Job Summary:

Compass IT Compliance is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Account Manager to lead and manage the contract renewal process for our existing client base. This role is critical to maintaining high customer retention, ensuring timely renewals, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within our compliance and cybersecurity service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Renewal Management

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for client contracts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of renewals.
  • Review and negotiate contract terms in alignment with company policies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the renewal cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Sales Collaboration

  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support multi-year renewal strategies and pricing discussions.

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline tracking in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Provide regular reporting on renewal performance and trends.

Process Optimization

  • Identify areas for improvement in the renewal workflow.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to streamline contract processing.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or renewals (preferably in IT, SaaS, or compliance services).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in IT compliance, cybersecurity, or managed services.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze customer trends and behaviors.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
