Job Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Account Manager based in Riyadh to drive business growth and manage strategic client accounts within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will leverage deep technical expertise in Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) and Security Systems to capture market share amidst KSA’s booming real estate, commercial, and mega-project sectors.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Market Planning: Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans for the KSA market by implementing targeted marketing strategies; analyzing local economic trends and project pipelines.

Sales Forecasting: Establishes localized sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projects expected sales volume and profit for existing portfolios and acquiring new accounts across Saudi regions.

Market Alignment: Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with Saudi supply and demand dynamics, changing localized trends, KSA economic indicators, and competitor movements.

Commercial Pricing: Establishes and adjusts selling prices in close coordination with the pre-sales/estimation team by rigorously monitoring structural costs, regional competition, and local supply chain variables.

Project Oversight: Follows up on work results and milestones for ongoing projects, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and execution teams.

Team Leadership: Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining subordinates; planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance in line with company KPIs.

Professional Development: Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending regional educational workshops, reviewing industry-specific publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in Saudi professional societies.

Performance Monitoring: Conducts quarterly sales-target-monitoring meetings to audit actual sales performance against targets and formulates corrective action plans to bridge gaps.

Executive Reporting: Submits comprehensive weekly sales reports to the Sales Dirrector detailing monthly profits/losses, pipeline visibility (estimated/upcoming projects), and other strategic metrics as requested.

Organizational Value: Contributes to broader team efforts by accomplishing related business development and operational results as needed.

Skills and Competencies

Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the KSA corporate ecosystem, Local regulations, procurement cycles, and commercial structures.

Communication Proficiency: Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Technical Capacity: Strong baseline understanding of technical integrations.

Experience & Qualifications

Work Experience:

Sector Expertise: Proven sales track record specifically within ELV & Security Systems products (CCTV, Video Management Systems [VMS], and Access Control Systems [ACS]).

KSA Market Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in the Saudi Arabian (KSA) market is required, with a strong preference for candidates holding an active network of clients, consultants, and contractors in Riyadh.

Education:

Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a closely related technical field.

Language & IT Skills:

Linguistic Fluency: Must be fully bilingual and fluent in Arabic and English (Verbal and Written).

Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Experience working with SAP or Sales Force is a strong plus.

Mobility & Logistics:

Driving Credentials: A valid Saudi Driving License and ownership of a personal car are mandatory for client site visits and account management.

Location: Must be based in Riyadh or planning to reliably relocate before starting work (In-person attendance is required).
