MaSs Production, a leading events, exhibitions, and production company, is expanding in Saudi Arabia and is looking for a dynamic and driven Saudi Female Sales Manager to join our Riyadh team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead B2B sales for events, exhibitions, production, and contracting services.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across corporate, government, and private sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, venues, and strategic partners.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and commercial offers in coordination with operations and production teams.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with clear reporting.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and drive repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with management on sales strategy and pricing.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in events, exhibitions, production, or marketing agencies (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of exhibition contracting, booth production, fabrication, branding, and event management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Existing client network in KSA is a strong advantage.
• Valid KSA driving license is preferred.
