We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager (Female) to handle key accounts within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent execution across retail and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts (modern trade & distributors)
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth across assigned accounts
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, listing fees, and annual trade agreements
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product listings (new SKUs)
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability and avoid out-of-stock situations
- Drive and align brand messaging across key accounts to enhance customer engagement, attract new business, and retain existing clients
- Plan, execute, and evaluate in-store promotions and visibility initiatives
- Ensure proper product listing, shelf placement, and compliance with planograms
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and demand plans
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
- Resolve client issues related to pricing, deliveries, or product quality
- Track sales growth, margins, and sell-out performance
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare regular reports and present account performance to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or account management (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Fluency in English; Italian language is a strong advantage, with knowledge of Italian culture
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
