Job Summary
We are looking for a
Sales Account Manager
to drive market expansion, build strong sales pipelines, and grow enterprise and SME accounts within the telecom and CPaaS space.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and execute go-to-market and market-entry strategies aligned with expansion plans.

Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, partnerships, and networking.

Present and sell telecom solutions (SMS, Call Center, CPaaS, Connectivity) to enterprise and SME clients.

Engage with telecom operators and understand their requirements and portals.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts in line with company policies.

Onboard new clients and ensure smooth handover to technical and operations teams.

Manage and grow accounts with a focus on retention, upselling, and cross-selling.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Act as the main point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
Requirements

Proven experience in business development or sales within telecom, CPaaS, or related services.

Strong understanding of enterprise and SME sales cycles.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and drive results.
-
Willing to work on-site in Qatar.
