Blue Blush Clothing is a fast-growing women’s apparel wholesale company seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager to join our expanding sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven experience managing major and specialty retail accounts in the fashion industry.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shifting priorities. This individual will deliver exceptional client results, collaborate cross-functionally, and oversee orders to ensure accuracy from development through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage major and specialty accounts in the fashion industry
Develop new business while growing and maintaining assigned accounts - Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key decision-makers
- Submit and manage purchase orders using price lists and product information
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results (daily call reports, weekly plans, territory analysis)
- Attend apparel trade shows and travel to meet buyers
- Collaborate closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and expansion
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of apparel wholesale sales experience
- Established network and strong relationships with retail buyers
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
$80,000 – $100,000 DOE
(Higher compensation may be considered based on experience)
