]We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in ]A bu Dhabi ], focusing on managing and growing relationships with our existing merchants in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management with an emphasis on upselling and cross-selling, aiming to maximize merchant value and drive revenue growth

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our existing merchants in the UAE market, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular communication with merchants to understand their evolving needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell complementary products or services to existing merchants.
  • Analyze merchant needs and recommend upgrades or premium offerings to maximize merchant value and increase revenue.
  • Develop personalized sales strategies to encourage merchants to explore additional product lines.
  • Present product enhancements, new features, or higher-tier offerings to help merchants optimize their business operations.
  • Foster long-term relationships with merchants by understanding their growth goals and aligning additional products/services that support those objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that encourage cross-selling and upselling.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics related to upselling and cross-selling, adjusting strategies as needed to improve conversion rates.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for merchants, guiding them on how to best utilize Paymob’s solutions to drive their business success.
  • Proactively address any issues or challenges faced by merchants to ensure a smooth experience with Paymob's products and services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide feedback on merchant needs and help shape future product developments.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Paymob’s products and the fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
