The Consorts Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Sales & Admin Executive.
* Office Location:*
Office #212, 2nd Floor, Glass Tower, Teen Talwar, Karachi
*Office Timings:*
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
*Job Responsibilities:*
- Handle sales inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and emails
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and sales
- Follow up with clients to close deals and maintain relationships
- Maintain accurate data entry and records in Excel / Google Sheets
- Prepare basic sales and follow-up reports
- Perform routine administrative and office coordination tasks
- Support management with day-to-day office operations
- Perform routine data entry tasks
- Travel agents visit on an if & when required basis
- Perform accurate data entry and record keeping in the software
*Requirements:*
- Good communication and sales skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized, responsible, and professional attitude
- Prior sales or admin experience preferred
