Sales & Admin Executive

Location:
Office #212, 2nd Floor, Glass Tower, Teen Talwar, Karachi

Timings:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary:
40,000 – 50,000 + commission

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales inquiries through WhatsApp, calls & emails
  • Manage hotel room bookings, confirmations & follow-ups
  • Coordinate with hotels for availability, rates & services
  • Follow up with clients for advance payments & balance amounts
  • Maintain daily sales reports, booking records & admin data
  • Post WhatsApp promotional messages & offers
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
  • Perform routine office & administrative tasks
  • Maintain daily office records & files
  • Update and manage booking & client databases
  • Prepare reports (sales, reservations, payments)
  • Handle correspondence (emails, WhatsApp, calls)
  • Manage office supplies & basic logistics
  • Support management in routine administrative work
  • Ensure proper documentation & record-keeping

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office & Google Sheets
  • Sales, admin or hospitality experience preferred
  • Responsible, well-organized & follow-up oriented
